The Master/slave Conference 2012 will take place in the Crowne Plaza Washington DC Silver Spring, a recently renovated 220 room hotel in the Washington DC Metropolitan area – the same hotel that has hosted the event from 2008 to 2011.

DC METRO
The hotel is metro accessible – Red Line – Silver Spring Metro Station (just three blocks away!)
AMTRAK
Amtrak trains arrive at Union Station in DC.
GREYHOUND
The Washington DC Greyhound main Terminal is located at 1005 First Street NE, just north of Union Station. There is a smaller terminal in Silver Spring, at 8100 Fenton Street, just few blocks south of the host hotel.
Washington, DC is served by three major airports:
Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA)
- Take the Airport shuttle or the Yellow Line of the Metro System to Fort Totten Station and change to the Red Line to Silver Spring Station
Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI)
- Take the Airport shuttle to the hotel… just 20-30 minutes.
Dulles Washington International Airport (IAD)
- Take the airport shuttle directly to the hotel. About an hour ride.
